R&LBusiness Automations

Pricing

Start with one task. Fixed price, in writing.

Every project starts small. We scope one task, put the price in writing, and build only after you approve it. Then you decide what comes next.

How projects grow

Start small. Expand when it works.

  1. Fixed price, in writing

    A pilot: one task

One repetitive task, built, tested, and handed over. Quoted after the free call.

  2. Fixed price, in writing

    Larger projects

Several connected tasks, or a bigger system. Scoped and priced before we build.

  3. Optional

    Ongoing management

We keep it running and adjust it as your business changes, under a separately agreed management plan.

We only recommend a build when the time it gives back is worth more than it costs. If it isn’t, we’ll say so.

Offer one

Custom Business Automation

You pay us to review the process, build and connect the agreed solution, test it, and launch it — plus ongoing management if you choose it.

Separately scoped and quoted. Pricing depends on the workflow, connected tools, complexity, and agreed support. Available independently of Managed Front Office.

Offer two

Managed Front Office

You pay us to set up, test, run, monitor, and maintain your front office, so you are not left managing the technology.

One complete managed service, configured around your operation. Your quote reflects your call usage, setup requirements, supported connections, and ongoing management.

What Managed Front Office includes

One complete front office. Built, run, and maintained by our team.

We learn your approved business rules, configure the system around them, test the full customer path, and keep it operating as your business changes.

  • Inbound call handling

Calls are handled when you are busy, on the job, or unavailable. We capture the customer, service need, urgency, and approved next step.

  • Booking, routing & escalation

When configured, appointments can be booked. Requests needing review are routed correctly, and urgent calls can be escalated to an approved contact.

  • Owner notifications

The important details and caller-designated messages reach the owner phone you nominate, once it is opted in for text alerts.

  • Recovery & Customer Reactivation

Approved email follow-up helps keep real new inquiries, quote requests, and client-selected past customers or older opportunities moving.

  • CRM, dashboard & measurable activity

Calls, leads, quotes, follow-up, booking status, and next actions stay organized in the R&L CRM and mobile-friendly dashboard, where you see incoming activity, outcomes, monitoring status, and clearly labeled verified versus estimated values.

  • Monitoring & issue response

We monitor system health, surface problems visibly, and prepare a clear response when supported components need attention.

  • White-glove setup, testing & maintenance

We learn your process, configure the supported workflow, test it before use, maintain it, and refine it as your business changes.

Quoted around your operation.

We confirm the details with you at the free workflow review.

How a quote comes together

What we confirm before you commit.

The free review helps us understand the need and agree on the next step. Any further assessment or implementation is scoped and quoted separately. The quote states each of these in plain terms.

  1. 01

    The scope

The workflow, connection, or front-office setup we have agreed to build or configure, and what is outside it.

  2. 02

    The implementation cost

What it costs to review, build or configure, test, and launch the agreed scope.

  3. 03

    Ongoing charges

What applies where the project includes management, maintenance, or support, stated before you commit.

  4. 04

    Usage costs

Any cost that depends on usage, such as call usage for Managed Front Office, and how it is tracked.

Pricing details

Before you choose

Are custom projects and Managed Front Office priced together?
No. A Custom Business Automation project is agreed separately: its own scope, price, responsibilities, recurring costs, and support, confirmed before work begins. You do not need a Managed Front Office subscription to work with us on a custom project.
What does the implementation cost cover?
A review of how the work is handled today, the agreed configuration or build, testing before launch, and go-live. For Managed Front Office that includes your existing phone line connected by call forwarding, one supported calendar, your services, hours and booking rules, and R&L's CRM or a basic connection to your existing CRM when a supported integration is available. We confirm compatibility before setup. Work beyond basic setup is scoped and quoted upfront, and begins only after you approve the price.
What are the ongoing charges?
Managed Front Office is a monthly managed service, quoted around your call usage and the ongoing management it needs. A custom project can be a one-time build, or include separately agreed maintenance and support. Either way, the recurring costs are stated in the quote.
Am I locked in?
No. Managed Front Office has no fixed-term lock-in and you can cancel anytime; the current paid month isn't refundable and service runs to the end of it. Custom work follows the scope and support you agree to for that project.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

We take repetitive work off a business owner’s plate. You show us how a task is done today, and we handle the technical side: we build, test, and launch the agreed solution, and manage it afterwards where your plan includes that. It can be a Custom Business Automation project for a specific task, or a complete Managed Front Office that we configure, run, and maintain for you.
